What we collect

Your rights
You can export a full copy of your data at any time from your account settings, or request deletion. On deletion, your personal fields are anonymised (email hashed, name replaced) and your listings removed; audit records retain only anonymised action history for compliance.
Document storage
Verification documents are stored encrypted at rest on our own infrastructure (self-hosted, EU-based). Access is logged and restricted to the verification team and account owner.
No ad trackers
TrueLine Breeding does not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, where used, are cookieless and privacy-first.
Processors
We use EU-based hosting infrastructure. Data processing agreements are in place with every processor that handles personal data on our behalf.
